Indigo Williams

Indigo is a writer and Head of Youth Programmes at the Baytree Centre. She has held a range of roles across schools, charities and cultural organisations over the past ten years, including originally working for Ministry of Stories as Business Development Manager for our schools programme. Indigo joined the Ministry of Stories as a trustee in 2022. She was one of the first of six trained Spoken Word Educators in the country. Indigo has taught poetry in English lessons and devised creative initiatives across secondary and primary schools to improve engagement and literacy. She is a believer of magic and is deeply passionate about the power of writing for young people and is a member of our Business & Programme Sub Committee.
